Great Oak Cohousing is the second cohousing community in Ann Arbor,
Michigan. This vibrant community was completed in summer, 2003.

Sunward Cohousing, Michigan's first cohousing
community, is also located in Ann Arbor. Construction was completed in 1998, and it is
home to almost 100 people of all ages. Visit the Sunward website for more information.
